Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with SIR Media GmbH, Bergheim, Germany.

By placing the products in the online store, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for the individually configured items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the individually configured items contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail. You will receive the invoice together with the shipping confirmation by e-mail.

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.

We do not store the text of the contract.

3. Terms of delivery

We only ship within the countries specified in the checkout.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

  • 3.1 Shipping costs

    We deliver our products free of shipping costs.

  • 3.2 Delivery times

    The product-specific delivery times are displayed in the store for the respective products and in the shopping cart. For downloads, corresponding download links will be sent by e-mail within the period specified in the store and in the shopping cart.

4. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our store:

  • Debit or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Amex))
  • Paypal
  • Klarna
  • Sofort
  • Invoice with 30 days payment term (only for business customers)

Payment processing takes place via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (SPEL), 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, D02 H210 Dublin, Irland.)

5. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.

6. Warranty and guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the store.
