Vouchers

• The voucher code will be sent by e-mail together with the invoice immediately after receipt of payment.
• Each voucher can only be used online and only once.
• Only one voucher can be redeemed per customer and order.
• There is no minimum order value for the vouchers purchased.
• A combination with other vouchers or free items as well as (also pro rata) cash payment and subsequent crediting are excluded.
• Any commercial resale of the vouchers is prohibited.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.

The purchase contract is concluded with SIR Media GmbH, Bergheim, Germany.

By placing the products in the online store, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for the individually configured items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the individually configured items contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail. You will receive the invoice together with the shipping confirmation by e-mail.

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.

We do not store the text of the contract.

We only ship within the countries specified in the checkout.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

• 3.1 Shipping costs

  We deliver our products free of shipping costs.

• 3.2 Delivery times

  The product-specific delivery times are displayed in the store for the respective products and in the shopping cart. For downloads, corresponding download links will be sent by e-mail within the period specified in the store and in the shopping cart.

The following payment methods are available in our store:

• Invoice with 30 days payment term (only for business customers)

Payment processing takes place via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (SPEL), 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, D02 H210 Dublin, Irland.)

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the store.

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within fourteen days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 28 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SIR Media GmbH, Winfriedstraße 30, 50129 Bergheim, Germany, support@urbanmapdesign.com, Phone: 0221 / 986 544 23) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, WhatsApp message or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Physical products:
  
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• However, as we want you to be able to assume with a clear conscience that we will print the city maps exactly as you configure them and be sure that you are buying a high-quality product that you like, we do not offer this option to private individuals.
• Digital products:
  
• The following applies to a contract for the provision of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier and which obliges you to pay a price: The right of withdrawal also expires (prematurely) if you have expressly agreed that we will begin to fulfill the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that your consent will cause your right of withdrawal to expire at the beginning of the fulfillment of the contract, and we have provided you with a confirmation.
